FUSION Tiny Titans & XC Running Camps
Participants will be introduced to the sport of running, combining technical development and fundamental techniques, with an emphasis on finding JOY! This camp will prepare young athletes for a future in cross-country, track and field events, and distance running, while inspiring a love for the sport and being active. Fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques are covered. Participants will receive a certificate of completion and t-shirt.
K-5 grade
