Board of Directors
Since our first group run in 2016, the foundation of pdsF.U.S.I.O.N INC has come from the exceptional leadership and true passion within our team. As the heart of what we do, each board member is dedicated to making sure all participants are completely satisfied. Read below to learn more about each member, and get in touch with any questions.
Stephanie Pereira da Silva
Executive Director and Board President
Stephanie began pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. as a women's running group in 2015. Over the course of the last seven years, pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. has evolved into a community well-being organization for not just women, but children and family members.
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a BS and MS in Health Promotion & Education. Stephanie carries over 20 different health & fitness certifications and years of experience in the field.
Stephanie, alongside her husband Mauricio, and daughters Gabi and Kenzi, is active in the Oshkosh community serving on a variety of Boards and organizations.
Heather Rapp
Board Vice President
Heather has been a member of pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. since 2019. Since joining, she has been an active volunteer for the Oshkosh Summer Fun Runs and a running buddy for Kids Crew.
Heather graduated from Marian University with a BS in Elementary/Middle Education and Mathematics and from University of Wisconsin Stout with a BS in Business Education. Heather has been a middle school teacher with the Fond du Lac School District for the last 9 years.
Heather and her husband, Mike, have two children, Spencer and Brooklynn, who have participated in the Oshkosh Summer Fun Runs, Kids Crew and the pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. triathlon. Heather enjoys a variety of physical activity, including running and biking, especially when she gets to share the time with her sole sisters, or the kids participating in the pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. programs.
Theresa Petrick Gatchell
Board Treasurer
Theresa has been a member of pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. since 2016. Prior to becoming a board member, she served as the lead for many of the group's service projects. She and her husband, Kevin, have been running buddies in the Kids Crew program and volunteers at the Summer Fun Runs since their inception.
Theresa is a graduate of the Michigan College of Optometry and has worked for Shopko Optical in Oshkosh for 20+ years. She is also a board member for the Oshkosh Area School District Education Foundation.
Theresa and Kevin have one daughter, Katelyn. Theresa enjoys running, biking, volunteering and traveling. pdsF.U.S.I.O.N is a perfect fit for her devotion to health, education, physical fitness and children.
Christine Emmer
Board Secretary
Christine is a new member of the pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. board, but has been involved with the group since 2020. She is looking forward to being a more significant part of the PDS Group.

Christine is a graduate of FVTC and has an AA in Accounting. She has worked for 16 years as an Accounting Manager at Gallmar Industries, LLC, a local Oshkosh manufacturing company.

Christine, along with her three children (Colton, Calli and Dillon), have participated in numerous PDS events including Kids Running Group, Swimming Lessons and 5k Running Events. Christine is an involved parent and, when she has free time, likes to promote philanthropic events and charities.

Cher Her
Board Outreach Chair
Cher has participated with pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. for the past six years taking on various support roles in the Oshkosh Summer Fun Runs, Fitness Crew and Kids Crew events. He is most well known for being the bike lead for the Oshkosh Summer Fun Runs where he challenges our youth to catch up and tag him.
Cher graduated from ITT Tech with an associates degree in Computer Drafting and Engineering Design. He is currently an Associate Engineer-Design at Oshkosh Defense, LLC. since 2007 working on military tactical wheeled truck programs and now currently the future generation of US Postal Service delivery trucks.
Cher's favorite hobbies are hunting, riding his Ducati motorcycle, and competitive long range rifle and pistol shooting. Cher's goals and vision for pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. is to help coach and mentor our current generation of children to start and sustain an active lifestyle.

Mauricio Pereira da Silva
Strategic Planning & Financial Advisor
Mauricio has been part of pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. since its inception in 2016. Alongside Stephanie, Mauricio has assisted in the strategic planning and operations for both the LLC and then the 501c3. Mauricio brings a diverse background from Brazil, and many years of working in the slums with children and economically disadvantaged adults.
Mauricio is a graduate from Imes University in Brazil and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Mauricio is a Financial Analyst for Amcor in Oshkosh.
Shanna Her
Community Relations Coordinator
Shanna has been a member of pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. for the past six years serving in a variety of roles for the Oshkosh Summer Fun Runs, Fitness Crew and Kids Crew.

Shanna graduated from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay with a degree in Human Development & Psychology and from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a MS in Social Work. Shanna has been a clinical social worker for Winnebago Mental Health for the past 12 years.

Shanna, her husband Cher, and two daughters have been actively involved in the Oshkosh Fun Runs, Kids Crew, and Fusion Fit Kids. Shanna loves giving back to the community and making a lasting and positive impact on the lives of other women, families, and our youth.
Lucas Simpson
Strategic Planning, Growth & Development
Lucas has been involved with pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. since 2018. A graduate of Marquette University, he engaged with students in various service roles in Intervarsity and Residence Assistance. A veteran of the US Air Force, Lucas is now supporting our servicemembers as a Chief Engineer with Oshkosh Defense specializing in Research, Test, and Development.
Lucas looks to apply his leadership and development experience to further the pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. mission within our community. Lucas is passionate about fostering positive self-esteem, healthy relationships, and mental wellbeing among our youth.
Jeanne Smith
Marketing & Information Technology
Jeannie, a member of pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. since 2017, currently serves pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. as the Marketing and Website advisor.
She is a Marketing Analyst at Verve, a Credit Union, Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Oshkosh on the Water, and enjoys her time as a running buddy in the pdsF.U.S.I.O.N. Kids Crew. She specializes in digital marketing strategy, marketing data analysis, user experience and optimization, and process management. She has worked internationally in Germany, Italy, and Austria.
She lives in Oshkosh with her husband, Joe, and their five-year-old son, Alex. Jeannie values authenticity and prides herself on open communication and a willingness to better herself and serve her community.
