Cross Country Prep Class

The F.U.S.I.O.N. Cross Country Camp experience is one which will help prepare cross country runners for their Fall season. Participants will be involved in discussions, workouts and demonstrations related to the sport of cross country. Topics will include: training schedules, running mechanics, strength training, stretching, nutrition, race strategy, peaking, cross training, mental preparation, leadership skills and workout design.

The F.U.S.I.O.N. Cross Country Camp emphasizes both the mental/learning part of cross country/distance running as well as its physical demands. This camp will set participants up for a great cross country season. This camp is available to students entering grades 6-12.
